Pilates Reformer training is designed to integrate the mind and body. It is designed to strengthen and stretch the body to improve flexibility and musculoskeletal imbalances and focuses on proper spinal alignment.
The reformers many attachments allow for modifications of all exercises. The ability to modify, combined with the support afforded by the resistance the machine provides, allows people with limited range of movement or injuries to safely do modified exercises. All Pilates instructors are Certified Reformer Trainers. 1:1, 1:2, and group classes are offered.
