Yoga for Men – Dona to SUB 4/28

Men reap many benefits from practicing yoga poses and sequences specifically targeted for men. This class will increase flexibility, establish mindfulness, and enhance athletic performance. While men are welcome to attend any of our regular yoga classes, this class is specifically designed for men.
