Integrating mind and body through conscious breathing and slow motion gentle movements that cultivate Chi energy in the body. Both Tai Chi and Qi Gong are a moving meditation that discharges tension in the body. This class is especially appropriate for seniors or those who want to ease into a fitness program gradually.
