Challenging core conditioning and full body training. Training targeting muscles of low back, abs, glutes, hamstrings, & quadriceps. Strong emphasis on proper technique and safety. Most exercises are modifiable. This class is led by Nick D, Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer
