Cycling XP30 – 30-minute Express (HIIT) workout on a stationary bike.

(HIIT) =  High Intensity Interval Training – A form of cardio that alternates between high intensity and low intensity. This constant variation of intensity keeps your mind focused on your time and speed, making your workout more engaging and less boring.
