An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
This is a high-energy cycling fitness class with an additional abs & arms sculpting portion. There will be 30 minutes of calorie burning cycling, mixed with 15-20 minutes of full body toning -legs, arms, and abs. SpinSculpt is intended to be a fun, energetic, and heart-pounding cardio workout, great for all ages and fitness levels.
