An event every week that begins at 6:00 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

30 minutes of BODYPUMP to challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses & lifts followed by CXWORX, an athletic and functional core strength workout with resistance tubes, weight plates, as well as body weight exercises, including some hip butt and lower back exercises.
